Grant Brown

Grant Brown is a highly experienced mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance executive, currently serving as a Partner at PwC Australia. With over 20 years of investment banking experience, they have held prominent roles, including Managing Director at Macquarie Capital, Executive Director at Canaccord Genuity Australia, and Managing Director and Partner at KPMG Corporate Finance. Grant has considerable expertise in managing all aspects of M&A and financing transactions and has focused on principal investment through the full investment life cycle.
