Hannah Saffer

Hannah Saffer is an experienced professional in the field of financial services risk and regulation, currently serving in the EMEA Programme Governance role at Morgan Stanley since July 2024. Prior to this, Hannah held the position of Director at PwC since July 2016, providing advisory services and overseeing large-scale regulatory and business change programs for Tier 1 investment banks, with a focus on areas such as LIBOR transition, Brexit preparedness, and corporate governance. Hannah's experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority from September 2009 to April 2014, where supervision of a large retail banking group involved risk assessment and governance framework evaluation. Additionally, Hannah completed a six-month secondee role at PwC in early 2012, delivering regulatory advice to banking and capital market clients. Education was completed at the University of Nottingham.
