Henry Bernard

Henry Bernard is an M&A Director at PwC, having progressed into this role in 2022 after serving in the same capacity from 2015 to 2020 and working in Corporate Development and Strategy at SOTERA HEALTH LLC from 2020 to 2022. Henry began their professional journey in assurance (audit) at PwC South Africa from 2012 to 2014. They hold a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and CGMA designation, earned in 2016, and are a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a finance degree from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, obtained in 2014. Henry completed their studies in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Pretoria in 2011.
