Ian Charman is a retired learning and development manager, consultant, facilitator, and Gender Champion with over 12 years of experience in designing innovative instructional materials for leading companies. Previously, Ian worked at Mercer as a CSTL and Senior Team Lead, overseeing project management and training in the health and benefits sector. Ian also held roles at Halliburton, ACS, and Baker Hughes, focusing on instructional design and training development. Currently, Ian serves as a Gender Champion at Pink Petro and works as the L&D Design & Development Manager at PwC. Ian holds an Associate of Arts degree from Houston Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
