Itay Peer is a seasoned M&A Tax Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience advising private equity and strategic corporate clients. They began their career as a Tax Associate at EY from 2010 to 2012, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and tax audits. Itay has contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor at multiple institutions, including the Central University of Finance and Economics, and has held various positions at notable firms such as PwC and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. They are currently pursuing an S.J.D. in International Tax at the University of Michigan Law School.
