James McRae

James McRae is a director in the Private Equity and M&A tax team at PwC in London, where they advise Private Equity-backed portfolio companies on various tax matters, particularly in the retail & hospitality and IT sectors. Previously, James worked as an M&A Tax Advisor at PwC and as an M&A Tax Executive at Grant Thornton UK LLP. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of Bath and an FCCA qualification at Kaplan Birmingham, alongside having completed A-Levels in Physics, Maths, and Design & Technology at St Augustines.
