Jason Silverman

Jason Silverman is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions tax group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they specialize in structuring domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Jason advises various financial entities, including private equity and hedge funds, on tax and financial impacts related to corporate finance and deal structuring. Prior to their current role, they gained experience in M&A at Deloitte. Jason holds an MBA from St. John's University, a BS in Accounting from the University at Albany, and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
