Jason Warde

Jason Warde, CPA, MSA is a Senior Tax Manager at PwC with 13 years of professional experience in various industries, including real estate, investment management, and private equity. Growing up in a family of accountants fostered their passion for tax law and consulting, leading to extensive expertise in federal and state tax compliance and international tax for foreign entities. Jason has a Master's degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School and has served as an adjunct accounting professor at Hudson County Community College as well as a member of the college's advisory board.
