Jeff Griffiths

Jeff Griffiths is a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services. They have extensive experience in audit practice, having worked in PwC’s Core Assurance from 2007 to 2015, primarily serving large and mid-cap issuers in the Aerospace and Defense and industrial manufacturing industries. Following this, they transitioned to the Deals practice, where they held roles as a Manager and later a Director, focusing on implementing the new global revenue recognition standard. Jeff earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
