Jill McCormack

Jill McCormack is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they have served both public companies and growth-oriented private businesses since 1994. With a wealth of experience in addressing accounting and auditing matters for various sectors, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, and private equity, Jill has specialized in business combinations and international engagements. Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, Jill is involved with the Philadelphia Center for Literacy, promoting literacy skills among adults and youth.
