Joe Chan

Joe Chan is a CPA and M&A Tax Director at PwC, bringing over 12 years of M&A tax experience from both Big4 firms and in-house private equity. They previously held positions such as Associate Director in M&A Tax at KPMG Australia and Vice President of Global Tax at SoftBank Investment Advisers. Joe also worked as a Tax Manager during an international secondment at KPMG US and contributed as a Finance Class Teacher at the University of Melbourne. Currently, Joe is pursuing an Honours in Finance and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne.
