John Kamau is a seasoned Economic Crime Consultant with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors across Africa. Currently, they serve as a Partner and Director at PwC, leading the Forensics team in Eastern Africa, where they focus on combating fraud, corruption, and money laundering. Previously, they held roles at Deloitte & Touche and PwC, excelling in forensic investigations and risk management. John has significantly contributed to thought leadership in the field, training senior management teams and participating in industry summits. They are currently pursuing further education at the University of Portsmouth.
