John McGarry is a seasoned management consultant with 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Consulting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. McGarry has extensive expertise in strategy, economics, organization development, and process improvement, advising at the board level and within the public sector on critical strategic issues. Previously, McGarry held director positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, and is a board member of the National Statistics Board, guiding the strategic direction of the Central Statistics Office in Ireland. McGarry also directs the Foundation for Fiscal Studies, an economic think tank dedicated to fiscal policy research.
