Jon Bond has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on end-user services and IT governance. At GE Capital from January 2014 to April 2018, Jon served as the Global End User Experience Leader, prioritizing improvements in employee experience, and as the IT Services and Governance Leader overseeing IT Services and Security for the mortgages business in European markets. Prior experience includes leadership of the European ServiceDesk at GE from August 2008 to October 2012, managing a 24/7 multi-language support service, and overseeing IT infrastructure at GE Money from 1997 to 2006, leading a team responsible for infrastructure services with a budget exceeding £10 million. Jon's career also includes a managerial position at Norwich Union and currently serves as the Client Experience Lead at PwC since June 2018.
