Joydeep Roy is the Managing Director of Human Resources and Talent Supply Chain at PwC India, where they lead talent strategies and drive a culture of learning and engagement across the organization. With over 27 years of experience in human resources, Joydeep has played pivotal roles in various organizations, including Tata Communications, Larsen & Toubro, and Ernst & Young India. They have been instrumental in implementing performance management systems, enhancing talent development, and overseeing HR operations to align with business objectives. Joydeep holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from XISS, which they completed in 1996.
