Julia Lamm

Julia Lamm is a Workforce Transformation Partner at PwC, where they lead the global Workforce Strategy capability, focusing on workforce strategy, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Julia has extensive experience in management consulting within the Financial Services sector, having previously held various roles at PwC, including Global Financial Services - People & Organisation Lead. They graduated from NYU's Stern School of Business with an MBA specializing in Corporate Finance and Strategy, and also hold a BA in Journalism and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Earlier in their career, Julia worked in public relations, developing corporate communications programs globally.
