Justin Chen

Justin Chen is currently an Assurance Director at PwC, where they have over 9 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in audits for emerging technology companies and guiding pre-IPO firms through the IPO process. Since joining PwC in 2012, Justin has successfully completed two IPOs for large accelerated filers in the consumer product sector and manages various technical accounting and auditing issues. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, where they led breakout sessions for large accounting courses and provided support to students. Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara in 2012.
