Kate Overby

Kate Overby is the People Experience Director at PwC, where they drive cultural change focused on flexibility and well-being within the organization. Previously, Kate spent nine years in the Banking and Capital Markets Assurance Practice at PwC in New York and London before transitioning to National Human Capital initiatives in 2007. With over 17 years of combined experience, Kate's efforts have been instrumental in enhancing retention and making PwC a great workplace. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Bucknell University, graduated in 2002. They are also a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.
