Katy Hook

Katy Hook is a seasoned professional in audit and assurance services, specializing in the needs of private companies, including family-owned businesses and private-equity owned entities. Katy has served as a Partner in PwC's Private practice since July 2019, driving strategic initiatives tailored to the unique challenges faced by private companies, a passion rooted in a personal background in family business. Previously, Katy held the position of Assurance Director at PwC, focusing on high-growth private and public companies within the Private Company Services practice. Earlier in her career, Katy worked as an Assurance Manager at Medtronic, where responsibilities included serving as a finance liaison for corporate development. Katy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from The University of North Dakota and is pursuing an Executive Education degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in the Family Enterprise Advanced Education Program.
