Ken Goodwin

Ken Goodwin is the National Leader of the Valuations Practice at PwC Canada, where they have worked for the majority of their career since 2004. Initially starting in the audit practice, Ken transferred to the Deals group after earning a CPA designation, focusing on valuation and financial advice related to mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, tax reorganizations, and corporate governance. Ken collaborates with a dedicated team across the country, particularly in the power and utilities, and telecommunications, media, and entertainment sectors. They hold multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and a BA(Hons) from Queen's University, and are currently pursuing the CBV designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
