Lance Brown is an experienced learning solution and performance consultant, specializing in instructional design and learning strategy for over 14 years. They held various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Senior Manager of Learning Design and currently serve as the Director of Learning Architecture. Lance also worked as Development Coordinator at Brigham Young University, where they focused on learning solution design. They earned a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, Lance is the owner and head chocolate maker of The Cacao Bean Project, blending creativity with their professional passion for learning and development.
