Layna Dugan is a seasoned management consulting professional with a diverse background in account management, customer experience, product management, and user experience research. Layna has previously held key roles at VML, MMG Worldwide, and PwC, where they excelled in driving product vision and strategy, building client relationships, and uncovering user insights through various research methods. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and continue to seek new challenges while mentoring women in tech. Outside of their professional pursuits, Layna enjoys being a wife and a mother of two, as well as being a dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan.
