Leigh Pittman

Leigh Pittman is the National Compensation & Rewards Director at PwC, where they develop and implement compensation strategies for approximately 9,000 employees across the Advisory line of service. Previously, Leigh served in various roles at PwC, including Human Resources Manager, where they supported 190 accountants, and Carolinas Assurance Resource and Operations Leader, overseeing resource management for 420 professionals. Their educational background includes a BSBA and MAC in Business and Accounting from The University of North Carolina, which they earned from 1997 to 2002. Leigh brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic resource deployment to their current role.
