Libby Dishner, MLHR, PCC, is a Founding Partner of Cresco Coaching and Consulting, where they utilize over 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, human resources strategy, and organizational development. Previously, Libby has held roles such as Director of Administration at WellsColeman and Head of Human Resources at AIIR Consulting. They have taught Organizational Behavior as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and have been involved with numerous nonprofit boards, including the Virginia Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation. Libby holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. Currently, they serve as Director of Partner Affairs and Executive Coach at PwC.
