Louis Blacker

Louis Blacker, CPA, was born in Washington, DC and raised in Vienna, VA. Currently 27 years old, they graduated from the University of Southern California with a dual-degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Louis serves as a Director of M&A Deals at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, specializing in financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, and has experience working with private equity clients as well as various sectors. Prior to this, they held several roles, including Senior Associate and Manager at PwC, and contributed to various internships and leadership positions throughout their education.
