Luke Berning

Luke Berning has a diverse professional background, beginning with a role as a Paper Carrier at Telegraph Herald from August 2009 to June 2012. Luke gained foundational experience in accountancy as a Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame from August 2013 to May 2016, collaborating with President Emeritus Fr. Edward Malloy, CSC. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Luke held various positions at PwC from July 2016 to July 2025, including Assurance Intern, Assurance Associate, Senior Assurance Associate, and Senior Manager, ultimately becoming a Data Engineering Manager. Additional experience includes a Summer Intern role in Sales Planning at McGraw-Hill Higher Education in 2013, and a brief stint at Morrison Bros. Co. in assembly, along with loan documentation preparation at Heartland Financial USA, Inc. in the summer of 2014.
