Malcolm Barter

Malcolm Barter, MBA, is an organisational development specialist currently serving as Senior Manager Employee Networks at PwC. With extensive experience in Inclusion and Diversity across large UK and ASX-listed organisations in sectors including transport, mining, financial services, and telecommunications, Barter has successfully navigated significant cultural and organisational changes. Previously, they held roles such as Manager Inclusion & Diversity at Aurizon and D&I Specialist as an Independent Consultant, where they developed strategies to enhance gender equality and promote workplace inclusion. An MBA graduate, Barter was also a Management Committee member of the Diversity Practitioners Association, contributing to the advancement of D&I practices in Australia.
