Manish Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory and financial services. Currently serving as Principal and Director of M&A Advisory at PwC since October 2012, Manish has previously held the position of Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from December 2006 to October 2012. Manish's career at PwC began in August 1995, progressing from Senior Associate to Senior, with a focus on business process improvement, financial advisory, risk management, and various other divisions. Manish holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Hons.) from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
