Marcus Rayner

Marcus Rayner is a seasoned public policy executive with extensive experience in both state and federal government. They served as a Policy Advisor in the Office of the Governor of New Jersey from 1997 to 2001 and later as a District Director for the U.S. House of Representatives from 2002 to 2007. They were the President of the New Jersey Civil Justice Institute from 2007 to 2017, focusing on civil justice reform. Currently, Marcus holds a position as Senior Managing Director of U.S. Public Policy at PwC, having previously served in roles including Managing Director and Director within the same organization. They hold a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University, which they earned in 1997.
