Margot King has extensive experience in human resources and business management, beginning with various HR management roles at Mars from 1998 to 2005. Following that, Margot took on significant HR positions at Premier Foods from 2005 to 2006, and subsequently served as HR Business Partner, Resourcing Manager, and Business Manager at Barclays Corporate Banking from 2007 to 2010. At Eversheds Sutherland, from 2010 to 2015, Margot excelled as Head of CSR, Diversity & HR Projects, Executive Business Manager to the CEO, and Head of Recruitment and HR Projects. In the role of MD - Head of HR Business Management EMEA and Co-CHRO EMEA at MUFG from 2016 to 2022, Margot further enhanced strategic HR capabilities. Currently, Margot is the Head of People Function and HR Transformation at PwC since June 2025. Margot holds a BA Hons in English & European Literature from the University of Warwick, completed in 1998, and attended Bancroft's School prior to that, obtaining A Levels.
