Mark Friedman is the Partner and US Insurance Deals Leader at PwC, where they lead the firm's Insurance deals practice in the United States. Mark's expertise includes buy-side due diligence, divestiture support, and transaction structuring advice. Before advancing to the current role, Mark was a director in PwC's Transaction Services and had a background as a manager in the firm’s assurance practice, where they served major insurance clients. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York.
