Mark Keogh is currently a Principal in Global Structuring at PwC, having previously held the position of Director and International Tax Manager at the same firm from 2019 to 2023. Mark interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as a Corporation Finance Summer Honors Intern in 2010 and worked as a Tax Policy Consultant at Business at OECD in 2017. Mark is pursuing a BS in Accounting at Fordham University, a JD at Seton Hall University School of Law, and an MBA with a focus on Finance at Seton Hall University.
