Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor is a seasoned consultant and educator with extensive experience in strategic and management consulting, particularly for new and growing businesses as well as third sector organizations. As the Director of Eriskay Associates Ltd since November 2007, Mark specializes in strategic reviews, business planning, and coaching for leaders. Involvement with PwC spans from Core Consulting Skills Team activities to leading training programs across the UK and EMEA regions since November 2011. Mark also served as an Associate Lecturer at Open University Business School, focusing on strategy, finance, and supply chain management. Prior roles include Business Start Up Manager at Glasgow Business Services, where Mark fostered entrepreneurship in Glasgow, and entrepreneur at Vital Design, alongside earlier experience as a Group Planning Analyst at United Distillers. Mark holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde and has earned multiple degrees, including an MSc in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Economics, and Politics.
