Mark Wong

Mark Wong, CPA, CFA, CIRP, LIT, is a Senior Vice President with PwC’s Performance and Restructuring team, where they leverage their extensive credentials and experience to advise stakeholders in formal restructurings, financial analysis, and liquidity management. Mark previously held various positions at PwC, including Manager in Deals and Senior Associate in Audit and Assurance. They have managed mandates with debt exposures up to $150 million across multiple industries. In addition, Mark serves as an Advisory Committee Member for the Alberta Social Enterprise Venture Fund. They earned their Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Accounting from the University of Alberta.
