Matt Duca is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in federal, state, and local tax matters. Currently serving as a Partner at PwC since October 2018, Matt represents Fortune 500 clients in tax controversy, audit defense, and administrative appeals. Prior to this role, Matt was the Director of Tax Controversy/Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald, where responsibilities included tax litigation and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Matt has held various positions at PwC and EY, focusing on state and local tax issues, and began a legal career with experiences at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. and Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP. Matt holds a JD in Taxation and Corporate Law from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
