Matt Heddaeus

Matt Heddaeus, CPA, is currently a Director in PwC’s Deals practice, specializing in Pharma and Life Sciences, where they advise corporate and private equity investors throughout the stages of acquisitions and divestitures. With eight years of Deals experience across the US and UK, they have worked on various transactions including standalone deals, carve-outs, and cross-border transactions. Prior to their current role, Matt held positions as a Senior Manager and Manager at PwC UK, as well as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services and Manager in Deals at PwC. Before joining PwC, they worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche. Matt holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University.
