Matt Randle

Matt Randle is an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in tax management, currently working at PwC since March 2025. Prior to this, Matt held senior managerial positions at KPMG, where involvement in the M&A tax team focused on optimizing tax positions for private equity and privately owned businesses. Previous roles included Tax Manager and Tax Assistant Manager at Deloitte, and Corporate Tax Associate at Grant Thornton UK LLP. Matt began professional development after completing studies at Lawrence Sheriff Grammar School, where a focus on Economics, Business Studies, ICT, and Maths laid the foundation for a successful career in the finance sector.
