Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Financial Services Practice, focusing on Asset Management. They assist venture capital and private equity funds with tax compliance and consulting issues, including preparing tax returns and analyzing investment strategies. Additionally, Davis serves as an adjunct professor at Suffolk University, teaching graduate-level courses in partnership and S-Corporation taxation. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and two master's degrees from Suffolk University, one in Taxation and another in Business Administration.
