Matthew Duca is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in federal, state, and local tax matters. Currently serving as a Director at PwC since October 2018, Matthew represents Fortune 500 clients in tax controversy, including audit defense and administrative appeals. Prior roles include Director of Tax Controversy/Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald, where Matthew handled federal and state tax litigation and advised on mergers and acquisitions, and Manager roles at PwC and EY focusing on state and local tax issues and transaction advisory services. Matthew began his legal career with internships at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. and Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein. Matthew holds a JD in Taxation and Corporate Law from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
