Matthew Michaelangelo

Matthew Michaelangelo is a Partner at PwC, where they specialize in tax due diligence and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and multinational. They have been with PwC since 2007, serving in various roles, including Tax Senior Associate, Tax Manager, and Tax Director, before becoming a Partner in 2019. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Systems with a concentration in Tax from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
