Matthew Prior

Matthew Prior is a Senior Manager in PwC's Transaction Services business, specializing in Capital Markets Advisory, where they assist clients with cross-border M&A, divestments, and IPOs. Prior experience includes roles in government finance at several central government departments and work as a Wealth Consultant overseas, advising on various investment products. Matthew is an ICAEW qualified Chartered Accountant and was awarded the 2021 Tattershall-Walker Annual Order of Merit for exceptional results in advanced studies. They earned a First Class Honours degree from Durham University.
