Matthew Rutter

Matthew Rutter is an experienced Health Director at PwC, where they specialize in organizational development and performance improvement across the North of England. They lead the Health Consulting team, focusing on technology-enabled care redesign and integrated care operating models. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in Health Advisory at Ernst & Young and as a Senior Finance Manager at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. Matthew began their career as a Graduate Finance Management Trainee in the NHS after earning a BSc in Genetics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. They are also a member of the HLS Public Sector/Provider Partner Advisory Board for Salesforce.
