Maya Roy

Maya Roy is a Public Policy Consultant with extensive experience in urban governance, project management, and research. They began their career as a Research Intern at Janwani Urban Governance Cell, analyzing municipal budgets and proposing gender-responsive planning. Maya has also worked as a Project Officer at Avantha Foundation, where they developed the UN-Habitat Urban Governance Index and coordinated training programs for urban local bodies. Currently, Maya holds managerial positions at PwC and previously worked at EY and KPMG India, showcasing their expertise in policy and governance. Maya earned a Master's Degree in Development Studies with a specialization in Public Policy from Azim Premji University.
