Meg Rohas

Meg Rohas is the Managing Director in PwC’s Deals Business, where they assist clients with complex accounting issues, including acquisitions, consolidations, and bankruptcies under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Meg contributes to PwC's thought leadership and participates in standard setting activities, particularly focusing on the FASB project on Consolidation. Previously, they were a director in the Transaction Services Deals business, offering commercial structuring and accounting advice for mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Meg graduated from Furman University in 2005 with a B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Georgia.
