Mel Chase

Mel Chase is an Associate Director at PwC New Zealand, specializing in risk assurance. Previously, Mel acted as the Principal Internal Auditor for the New Zealand Defence Force in 2021 and has held several roles related to audit and risk management, including as an Advisor Risk and Assurance at the Department of Labour from 2007 to 2010. Mel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Business Administration and Management and Human Resources Management from Victoria University of Wellington, and completed studies at the Institute of Internal Auditors from 2019 to 2021.
