Mel Potter

Mel Potter is a Senior Manager - People and Culture Business Partnering at PwC New Zealand. With extensive experience in HR, Mel has held various roles including People and Culture Manager at Datum Projects and HR Manager at National Mini Storage, where they were recognized as the winner of the HRD 2020 Employer of Choice Award. Mel began their career at McKinsey & Company as a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator and later worked at Deloitte New Zealand as a Recruitment Advisor. They obtained a BCom/SocSci (Hons) in Human Resources from the University of Cape Town. Outside of work, Mel enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.
