Michael Hartmann

Michael Hartmann is a retired partner in Tax M&A at PwC, with over 20 years of experience as an attorney and certified tax advisor specializing in international M&A. Michael has extensive expertise in international M&A transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations, tax structuring, and tax due diligence. They advised on numerous buy-side and sell-side deals for both private equity and corporate clients. Michael began their career as a manager in tax at EY before joining PwC in 1996. They hold a degree in law from Universität Passau.
