Michael Heiken

Michael Heiken, CPA, CISA, is an accomplished professional in the fields of cyber risk and regulatory services, currently serving as Director at PwC in the Cyber Risk and Regulatory, Enterprise Technology Solutions division since October 2022. Previous roles at PwC included leadership positions such as Director of Assurance Innovation and Data Engineering Director at PwC Labs, where innovation was a primary focus. Earlier experience includes a key role as Raw Materials Quality Coordinator at International Paper, where Michael contributed to the development of a web-based Raw Materials Global Quality system. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Penn State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
