Michael Howley

Michael Howley is the Managing Director of Deals at PwC, a position they began in 2024. Previously, they served in various roles at KPMG US, including Managing Director of Strategy - M&A, where they specialized in performance transformation, operational due diligence, and commercial growth strategy. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at L3Harris Technologies, contributing to government accounting, financial analysis, and corporate strategy development. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Florida.
