Michael Kamel

Michael Kamel, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of value creation and strategic advisory, currently serving as a Partner in the Deals Value Creation advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers since July 2018. With a focus on maximizing shareholder value through growth strategies, operational restructuring, and post-merger integration, Michael has a diverse background that includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors for World Vision Canada and as a Management Lecturer at McGill University. Previously, Michael has held leadership roles at organizations such as Bombardier, where responsibilities included directing business strategy, and ISO, where Michael chaired the Canadian Advisory Committee. Michael holds a PhD and MASc in Technology & Innovation Strategy from Polytechnique Montréal, as well as a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
